If you have attended one of GSEP's monthly workshops on SnagIt - it is highly recommend to snag what you are seeing on your device and then annotate the area(s) with a brief explanation of your problem. You can then upload the image along with your ticket submission.


Alternately, SnagIt also allows you to make a quick screencast video.
